VETERAN BONGO FLAVA RAPPER JOINS POLITICS

CHADEMA is at the moment Tanzania's celebrity political party. And many entertainers are joining the party. Showbiz xklusivs has learnt that Bongo Hip Hop starJoseph Mbilinyi aka ‘Sugu’ will vie for a parliamentary seat come the next Tanzanian General elections. Sugu,will be vying to be MP on a CHADEMA ticket. Tanzania's general elections are due this year.Sugu who until sometime last year,was based in the US before relocating back home. He joined CHADEMA a month after songbird Nakaaya Sumari jumped shipped and publicly announced that she had ditched the ruling party CCM. Other Bongo flava acts who have also joined politics include Super Character of Wagosi wa Kaya, Fred Maliki ‘Mkoloni’ and Gerald Mwanjoka ‘G Solo’ who've all joined CHADEMA.
