Footballer Kanu Nwankwo who likes to invest in real estate and the hospitality business, is said to be currently building a new hotel in Owerri which the footballer has told friends will be the best hotel in the Eastern heartland. The hotel will be located along Port Harcourt road, Owerri. Contruction work has already commenced. Kanu owns Hardley Suites in Lagos.The hotel is estimated to be about $2.5 Million .
