Finally, the list of who will attend the inauguration ceremony of Kenya's 4th President has been released but kept confidential for security reasons.Several African heads of states have confirmed attendance. And the list includes Nigeria's President Jonathan Goodluck, South Africa's Jacob Zuma, Zimbabwe's Robert Mugabe, Uganda's Yoweri Museveni, Rwanda's Paul Kagame, Northern Sudan's Omar El Bashir , Burundi's Pierre Nkuruzinza amongst other diplomat.
