MOMBASA ACROBATS SHINE AT AMERICAN GOT TALENT

Six-man acrobatic troupe Zuma Zuma from Mombasa thrilled a massive Seattle audience during auditions for America’s Got Talent, making it to the next round scheduled for Las Vegas.
In their traditional zebra-fabric outfits, the men flawlessly jumped rope, tumbled and built huge human pyramids to the tune of Sean Kingston’s track Fire Burning. Before performing, Judge Howie Mandel asked them if they needed tumble mats, to which they replied “we’re professional”.
Sharon Osbourne made faces during the performance that belied her awe, while the hard-to-please Piers Morgan was also gob-struck. The auditions took place in Seattle’s Paramount Theatre, where no one seemed to mind the zebra print clothes. In fact, twitter was rife with accolades for the acrobats.
Zuma Zuma was formed in the late 1980s and has performed in several countries around the world. They have also toured Africa, Europe, the Middle East and America.
Show host Nick Cannon was also impressed but refused to be part of the pyramid.
