In 2008 when Nelly Kamwelu contested for Miss Tanzania beauty pageant, she was 18 years old. In 2011 when she contested and won Miss universe Tanzania she still claimed she is 18. Does it mean she has stagnated in life and age and does not grow?any scientist to explain this to us please?
