JOYOUS GETS FOUR NOMINATIONS IN AGMA

Africa's most popular gospel group Joyous Celebration are moving to the heavenly places. The group has been nominated in several categories in the forthcoming African Gospel music awards in London. Joyous Celebration16 and other JC Artists have been nominated for the AGMA- African Gospel Music Awards 2012 to be held at the Prestigious Golders Green Hippodrome in London on the 7th of July 2012.

This Year's Glamorous Event, which is dubbed 'The Olympic Edition', will also be graced by various Ambassadors and High Commissioners from Africa. The nominations are as follows:

• Event Of The Year - Joyous Celebration 16 Recording
• Best Contribution Of The Year - Jabu Hlongwane
• Artist of the year and video of the year - Patrick Duncan
• Artist of the year and female artist of the year - Ntokozo Mbambo

ALCOTT LAUNCHES BRAND AMBASSADORS

The birth of fashion house Alcott was witnessed by the top stars and fashionistas in Nairobi on Saturday. The Kenya International Sports Ltd launched their new retail Alcott store at the Atrium of the Junction shopping mall's new extension.They also unveiled the brands’ A-team brand ambassadors made up of personalities from the TV industry; Straight Up’s Namtero Mdee and Changing time stars Ian Mugoya, Nick Munene, Brenda Wairimu and Precious Kerry.

The event also showcased their sports wear at a fashion show before the VIP invite only star-studded affair was underway. Kenya International Sports Ltd also owns the popular retail chain of stores Converse and Factory 55.

PRODUCER'S MARRIAGE IN TROUBLE

Well,that's according to rumors. Tabasam producer Bably Omar's six year's marriage is facing an acid test. Bably who is also a respected events organizer at the Coast was married to a lady popular known as Kamamz Njeri in showbiz circles in Mombasa,the Coastline of Kenya. Efforts to get his word failed as he's avoiding media intrusion in his marital woes.And as you read this the couple have been separated for over one month now. The cause of their separation remains top secret but close confidants of Bably claim that infidelity played a big role.
